Library rules

There is a library with reading room in the college ,where rare research books, Journals and books on all subjects numbering about 31000.

There is also a library for books of technical education in which latest/modern books for Rs.3 lacks are available.Mr.S.Sagheer Ahmad

Zaidi and Mr.Ghulam.Murtuza are working as library superintendents.

NECESSARY INSTRUCTIONS FOR LIBRARY AND READING ROOM

The library remains open on all working days. The following rules should be obeyed while using books

• Books should not be written on /underlined/torn.

• Books should not be destroyed/lost/obeyed.

• No baggage or commodities should be taken inside the library.

• Students should return the books taken only to the library superintendent or his assistant. In no case a book should be transferred to others.

• Books will have to be returned during summer vacation or Pooja vacation for stock verification.

• priceless and rare books can not be issued without the proper permission of the principal. such books may be issued for reading only in the library .

• At a time four books can be issued to the students of honors. Therefore, they will have to deposit extra caution money of Rs.100.

• Take your allotted seat and keep silence in the reading room. The reading room remains open during working days.

• The LIBRARY superintendent has right to refuse the issuance of any books in the interest of college.

• Students will be issued two books for fifteen days besides course books and relevant books. The fine of 50 paisa per day per book will be realized from the students who fail to return books on time.

• Days for issuance of books to the students of different classes are scheduled.
